You can exchange and return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Underwear is not subject to return or exchange for hygienic reasons.

Swimwear is not subject to return, but can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, if it has not been used and all tags and packaging have been preserved.

Exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging have been preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.

• In Ukraine, exchange is possible using the services of the carrier company "Nova Poshta" according to the company's tariffs.
• Outside Ukraine, exchange is carried out using state or private carriers at the client's expense.
• You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
